Emailing Scripts are a good way for you to put a web form on your site that sends you an email every time someone fills out the web form. Once you have the email of course you can follow up with that visitor. So it really makes a lot of sense for any website to use one of these forms on it.
But, the only problem is how to make one of these forms? You must know how to program a computer to actually make one of these Email Forms work. But what if you don’t know how to program? I’m glad you asked. You can just use something called a HTML Email Form Script. These tools are little programs (which are commonly called scripts) that will do all of the difficult programming for you so you do not need to spend hours learning all the tricks to programming one yourself.
A good HTML Email Form Script should really do the following:
1. the script should allow you to add as many fields as you want to the form. You should also be able to change the HTML form so that you can get any type of information you could need.
Next the script should email you with the results of what your website visitor filled into the form.
Next it should offer some kind of spam protection. If you do not know what you are doing you will get lots of email form spam in your email box. This is not good. So the script should be able to guard against this.
There are 2 kinds of HTML Email form generating scripts out there. There are scripts that you put on your own website and ones that are hosted – meaning you don’t need to do any configuration at all. Both have their plusses and minuses but we really like the scripts that do it all for you. A nice script can be found at HTMLEmailForm.org. You can sign up there for a free account and build as many HTML Email web-forms as you want. The best part of all is that you don’t even need to be a programmer to do it.
