Everything is in constant motion and you may think at first that you may have to catch the button, but that is not the case. When you move your cursor towards the direction of the Navigation button, it stops and a white dot blinks. Once you click on it, the web page slowly moves upward and a "close" button appears at the top of it. There are small up and down arrows located at the bottom of the web pages and allow the website visitor to view more material by moving the cursor to the "down" arrow and vice-versa. The "close" button is a large white dot with a smaller blue dot with an x mark inside. It moves when touched by the cursor and fades slightly when you hit the right spot. When you click on it, you are again taken to the home page.
